Conducting Courageous Conversations

A 'courageous conversation' about diversity & inclusion is one that is often difficult to have but necessary, and when conducted effectively, can have a dramatic impact on how we lead ourselves, the team, or our business. This session will explore the art of conducting courageous conversations and how you cam implement this process into your workplace or team.

Conversations across differences 
Conversation examples
