XYZ: Leading Across the Generational Divides

Did you know some of our workplaces employ team members from as many as five generations?  Whether it's WFH or in the building, Boomers are on project work teams with 25-year-old Gen Y/Millennials, yet both might potentially report to a GenXer. Meanwhile, interesting resumes are flying in from Gen Z, all with the pandemic as a backdrop! 

Few have worked with all three generations these past two decades like Dr. Bill Withers, who, with over two decades as a college professor and student advisor, continues to consult and work with organizations during this critical time in our workforce history.
