Event Description:
Join the Iowa Caucus Consortium for the first Candidate Forum Series Presented by Bank of America with Joe Sestak, former member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing Pennsylvania's 7th Congressional District from 2007 - 2011. The event will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 4 from 7:30 - 9 a.m. at the State Historical Building. 

7:30 - 7:45 a.m. - Light breakfast and coffee will be served
7:45 a.m. - Doors open
8 - 9 a.m. - Program including candidate remarks and Q&A

The Candidate Forum Series is an effort to allow Greater Des Moines (DSM) community members and business leaders the chance to learn about and interact with presidential candidates. The Candidate Forum Series Presented by Bank of America is supported by National Skills Coalition's Voices for Skills and the Iowa Biotech Association

Declared presidential candidates have been invited to speak in the series. Events are free and open to the public. 

The Iowa Caucus Consortium is an initiative of Catch Des Moines and Greater Des Moines Partnership, with additional partners including Drake University, Technology Association of Iowa, Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs and America's Cultivation Corridor, as well as close collaboration with the Iowa Democratic Party and the Republican Party of Iowa.
