Happy Hour and Poker hand turn in at The U Bar and Grill
Supporting our local businesses is critical. This event has been created to have some fun while encouraging the community to visit and shop at local businesses. (This is NOT a running event)
The Pajama Poker Run is a community event designed to encourage the community to have some fun and shop in their PJ's on December 3, 2022, starting at the Urbandale Chamber to receive a map of the selected locations and instructions.
At each stop, they will collect a playing card with the goal of dropping off their "poker hand" at the U Bar and Grill for happy hour and specials. Participants will also show Chamber staff their receipts to record the amount of shopping they did during the event. There is a prize for the most spent so shop 'til you drop!
Top Prizes will be awarded for the best poker hand, to the person who spent the most with our local businesses, best PJs and a PJ Team Spirit Award.
Each store/stop will have refreshments and specials to take advantage of! Vendors interested in participating should call the Chamber at 515-331-6855. Visit the event listing on the website for updates on specials, stores and more. Thank you to our event sponsors:
