Elevate is a quarterly program of the West Des Moines Chamber, celebrating the power of women. Its intent is to influence closing the leadership and wage gaps by helping to add more women to positions of prominence in business and community.
 Expert panelists will reflect on the following: 
  • How women have navigated in male dominated industries
  • Learn from leaders how they have risen to the top
  • Discuss barriers and how they have overcome
  • How they have supported other women and male allies
  • Tips on what to do and what not to do when becoming a leader in a male dominated industry
  • Stories that our expert panelists will share that highlights how they have positioned themselves for leadership roles
