Artist Phillip Hester's works will be debuting in the Mills Gallery, Central College. The exhibit, entitled "Comic Book Art: Writing with Pictures and Drawing with Words" will be open to the public for viewing through November 15. A reception will be held at 5:30 pm to discuss and view the works with the artist.
