​The Annual Dinner is the premier annual celebration event for FuseDSM, Your Chamber of Commerce, our Chamber Members and the Des Moines Metropolitan community.
 

Focusing on this year's dinner and theme - Vision 2020 - we will not only celebrate the exciting future of the Chamber as we enter a chapter of growth, we will also recognize and honor those businesses that have made a difference in our community in 2019. Adam Carroll is an internationally recognized speaker and author. He is a two-time TED talk speaker with one of his talks surpassing 4 million views. Carroll is also the creator of the documentary film, "Broke Busted & Disgusted" and works with companies large and small on culture initiatives and engaging human capital.
