Previously serving as the VP of Global Diversity for Starbucks Coffee Company, Chief Diversity Officer for Eastman Kodak Company and Executive Director of Diversity for US West, May Snowden is now a Senior Fellow in Human Capital and Program Director for two councils of The Conference Board focused on diversity and inclusion. Nationally recognized as a diversity and inclusion voice, Snowden brings more than 30 years of experience leading initiatives that strengthen corporate cultures and brand identification while improving relations with customers, vendors and the community. Hear how her commitment to developing new conscious awareness around the thoughts, beliefs and actions that lead to justice and equity among people has created a lasting impact.
