Ken Cadematori is a forward-minded and strategic leader with over 30 years of executive experience across the insurance industry. As President & CEO of GuideOne Insurance, Ken brings a comprehensive understanding of the insurance vertical—including brokerage, mutual and stock companies, primary carriers, and excess & surplus lines—as well as deep experience in both insurance and reinsurance operations.
Ken is known for his ability to lead through transformation, combining restructuring expertise with strong operational insight and financial discipline. His leadership is rooted in a clear, principled vision for the future of mutual insurance, emphasizing sustainable growth, ethical decision-making, and long-term value creation for policyholders.
Before becoming CEO, Ken served as GuideOne’s Chief Financial Officer, where he led strategic initiatives in capital management, investments, reinsurance, and financial planning. His cross-functional approach and business acumen have helped GuideOne navigate complex market dynamics while strengthening its core capabilities.
A certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lycoming College, Ken continues to champion innovation and collaboration across the organization. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to the values that define mutual insurance and the evolving needs of the industry.
