Event Description:
The DSM Leadership Intensive is a professional development experience designed for leaders who want to strengthen how they lead themselves, their teams and their organizations. Through practical learning, peer connection and guided reflection, participants will build leadership skills they can immediately apply in the workplace.
The program meets every other week from Sept. 1 through Nov. 5. Each session includes lunch and time for learning, networking, discussion and practical application.

The program is designed for professionals who are currently leading people, projects or strategic work, as well as emerging leaders preparing for expanded responsibility. Participants will explore leadership practices that support stronger communication, decision-making, collaboration and team performance.
DSM Leadership Intensive will focus on key areas including:
- Self-awareness and leadership style
- Communication and influence
- Managing priorities and navigating complexity
- Building trust and strengthening team culture
- Applying leadership practices in real workplace situations
Participants will leave the program with practical tools, stronger peer connections and a clearer understanding of how to lead with intention and impact.
Cost
Greater Des Moines Partnership Investor and Affiliate Member Rate: $2,000 per participant
Non-Member Rate: $2,500 per participant
Program registration includes all sessions, program materials, lunch at each session and related participant resources.
