Event Description:
The DSM Fellowship Program is a preeminent professional development initiative that attracts, develops and retains a community of top-tier early career professionals who demonstrate emerging leadership. Fellows grow their career in DSM and are exposed to opportunities that accelerate their professional track and grant lasting connections.
The DSM Fellowship Program centers on a four-pronged approach emphasizing areas of career development, community engagement, curriculum and social connection.
Cost: The 2025-2026 DSM Fellowship program tuition costs $5,000 per year per Fellow. Costs for the program include a customized advanced professional development curriculum and programming, invitations to Partnership events and administrative fees.

Nomination Process: Complete the form to nominate an emerging leader who has at least three years of professional experience and who you believe would be a great candidate for the DSM Fellowship Program. Individuals must be nominated by the company with whom they work for. Applications are reviewed and evaluated by a committee. Candidates are selected based on emerging leadership qualities and diversity of thought, industries, professions and location.
