2016 Earth Day Residential E-Cycling Event

Marion County Residents (not businesses or other organizations) are invited to bring in their old electronics to be recycled in an environmentally safe and secure manner from 9am-noon at Pella Corporation (intersection of South and Clark Streets). All items will be professionally processed by Midwest Electronic Recovery of Walford, IA. There is no charge for this event, however donations will be accepted and appreciated. Proceeds will be used to support the eCycling grant program benefiting local nonprofits. Accepted items include computer monitors, PC's, televisions, printers, video game systems, cameras, VCR's, stereos, cell phones, keyboards, laptops. Items not accepted include microwaves, appliances, tires, motors, oil, paint, and CFL lightbulbs. For more information, contact 641-628-4571.
