Three panelists from the City of Des Moines Permit and Development Center (PDC) will be on hand to discuss the do's and don'ts of many topics, including variance and zoning requests, site plan review and approval, commercial and residential building, tax abatements, and many more. The PDC is a division of the Community Development Department and the central hub for all building and development activities in the City of Des Moines.
