2013 City of Newton Pet Tags are now available from the Newton Police Department, 101 W 4th St S. Their office hours are 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM. They do not accept debit or credit cards at this time, cash or checks only are accepted. Licenses are good for one calendar year and must be renewed before April 1, 2013 to avoid a $20.00 late fee.
