This group’s mission is to provide a forum for community members to share best practices and collaborate on opportunities to help advance your organization’s diversity and inclusion goals and initiatives. 

This year's topic is Diversity in the Iowa National Guard – Reflecting the Communities We Serve.

Multicultural Reception: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Come and enjoy some beverages and appetizers while networking with other professionals from Greater Des Moines (DSM). Appetizers will feature tastes from Somalia, Bhutan and Iraq, and are prepared by chefs welcomed to Iowa through the US Refugee Admissions Program. It is a great opportunity to build new relationships with others who are passionate about the region and building an even more inclusive community.
