Tassel Ridge Winery presents "Year of the Fire Rooster" Chinese New Year Wine Dinner

Celebrate the Chinese Year of the Fire Rooster with a four-course wine dinner. Begin with Pork Egg Rolls paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Candleglow® White followed by Hot and Sour Soup paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom. Next enjoy Beef with Garlic and Cashew Chicken served with Sautéed Bok Choy and Steamed White Rice paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rosé. Almond Cloud Cookies and Fortune Cookies paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow® end the evening on a sweet note! Come early for wine tasting at 6pm, then dinner seating begins at 6:30pm.
