Sip a Tassel Ridge Frosty Flag made with Tassel Ridge Red, White, & Blue® while Chef Frank shows you how to make Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken, Finalé Raspberry Cherries, Goat Cheese, Almonds, and Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent; Southwest Salmon Salad with Roasted Corn, Black Beans, Jicama, Red Bell Pepper, Crispy Tortilla Strips, and Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 Iowa St. Croix Rosé; Southwest Chicken Salad with Yogurt, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Roasted Corn, Fresh Cilantro, and spices paired with Tassel Ridge Celebrate!; and a Star Spangled Soirée made with Tassel Ridge Star Spangled White®.
