The world seems chaotic.  We all sense that power is shifting in the world.  That underlying force is New Power.  While old power is held by few, new power is held by many.  It is open, participatory, and peer-driven.  The goal with new power is not to hoard it but to channel it.  By understanding new power you can reshape the world around you. The future is a battle for mobilization. Those who flourish will be those best able to channel this participatory energy. The battle will have big implications for people, organizations, and for the world at large. 
The rules have changed. 
Learn how to build new power and channel it successfully.
