Event Description:
Join us for an evening of fantastic music! We will start off with a choir that is put together annually, the ICDA Retired Choir. Dr. Edith Copley from Northern Arizona University (a former Iowan) will direct a choir consisting of retired music teachers. They will be followed by one of the nation's best men's ensembles, Central Standard out of Kansas City. Central Standard is an award-winning men's a cappella ensemble with 45 members, who recently earned 3rd place in the Barbershop Harmony Society's International Competition (out of 800 such choruses around the world). You won't want to miss this concert! Free and open to the public, 7pm at the Central College Douwstra Auditorium.
