After developing a technology-focused college campus that was named one of the nations most innovative organizations, Dr. Paustian created the colleges annual Celebrate! Innovation Week (ciWeek), the largest speaker-focused, free event in the Midwest. ciWeek's sole purpose is to inspire. Dr. Paustian is the multi-award-winning author of A Quarter Million Steps, host of A Step Beyond through iHeartRadio, and a regular contributor to the National Space Society.
