The Capitol II Theaters, located at 116 1st St N, will host a Halloween Food Pantry & Animal Rescue League Drive with a free movie - Lights Out - with a donation of non-perishable food items or donations for the Animal Rescue League on Friday, October 28th and Saturday October 29th at 9:45 PM.
