Meet the Speakers



Abraham Lopez, a Digital Media Producer, is deeply grateful to be part of a team and movement that values cultural involvement. Amplified, the platform he works with, is dedicated to showcasing local artists and providing a space for community leaders to discuss compelling topics. Abraham's love for Des Moines stems from its diverse presence and immense growth over the years. Born in Mexico but raised in Des Moines, Abraham graduated from Iowa State University with degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication and International Studies. He honed his journalistic and producer skills working for KCCI News Channel 8 and Estuary Motion Studios, a collective of award-winning filmmakers and storytellers in Des Moines.



Courtney Guein, also a Digital Media Producer, is thrilled to bring her creativity to both the Infinite Resources and Amplified families. With a background in dancing, modeling, music, poetry, and media, Courtney's perspective on the world is deeply influenced by her diverse talents. Her thirst for knowledge and a nerdy curiosity drive her to question the world, leading her mind to intriguing places. Courtney is eager to collaborate with the talented individuals she encounters, creating beautiful stories that resonate with audiences.
