What is Reiki:

The awareness that an unseen energy flows through all living things and directly affects the quality of a person's health has been part of the wisdom of many cultures since ancient times. It's also what we learned in science class as kids. Reiki energy allows muscles to relax & increases blood flow to treated areas, which in turn quickens the healing process. Practitioners and Clients report help with stress, headaches, insomnia, upset stomach, sprains and other minor conditions. Occasionally, other miraculous results are reported. Reiki also promotes psychological healing. Including release of anger, fear, worry, sadness and other unhealthy feelings and replaces them with self-worth, confidence, a sense of clarity and tranquility.


What is Equine Assisted Learning Services:

It is paramount to the work that we see equines/horses as partners capable of real and authentic relationships. Sentient beings who are not to be controlled, but to be respected, trusted, and loved. Sentient beings who do not benefit from being controlled, but from being seen and valued as individuals and cared for in an attuned way.

Our specific relationship with horses and other equine partners is part of what makes my coaching practice unique. When we speak of the power of connected relationships, this includes our relationships with horses. They become our greatest teachers of connection.
