From Avoidance to Authorship: The Journey of Navigating the Elephant in the Room

For the past decade-plus Sarah Noll Wilson, Executive Coach, Facilitator, and now best-selling author has been studying and experimenting trying to answer the question, “How do you create a culture where elephants in the room aren’t created or hang around long?” As a self-professed reformed avoider, she saw firsthand in both her personal and professional worlds the consequences of avoiding talking about the hard stuff. Sarah will share her journey, from a key moment during the financial crisis that planted the seed to the years of exploration to writing and publishing a bestselling book during a pandemic. Come for the humor and stay for the humanity.
