Locally owned and operated Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic. Integrated PT & Sports Medicine prides itself on providing the highest standard of care to our patients. We conduct physical therapy treatments for patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries and pain. This can range from neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, post surgical care, Vertigo, foot pain and so on. We treat a wide variety of conditions, and we accept all insurance carriers.
Integrated PT is one of the only Postural Restoration Certified clinics in the Midwest. We would love to meet you and aid in your rehab process.
