Research indicates that our inability to identify and manage stress is having a significant impact on workplace culture and optimal performance. This interactive session will focus on the new science of stress management with a focus on awareness, mindset, actions, and reflection of personal stress management. Participants will receive research-based strategies to build their own stress management plan along with strategies on how to lead others to be equipped to manage their stress.
